Return & Exchange Policy: At Clover Gemstone, we want you to love your crystals as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy. Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale and non-returnable: Custom or personalized orders. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and packaging. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
